Lisa is the Executive Assistant to Nikolas Kompridis, the Director of the Institute for Social Justice. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Turkology from the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany. Her emphasis is on Gender Studies and Sociology of the Family with her thesis ‘On the Institutionalization of Same-Sex Families and their Role Allocation’.
Prior to working for the Institute for Social Justice she has held administrative positions at Deutsche Bank and recently worked in Executive Search within the higher education sector.
